These No-Bake Lemon Blueberry Bran Bars are loved by my kids, they love them a lot. There’s one funny condition that always ends up happening: I have to serve them with a drizzle of chocolate sauce. It’s hilarious, but somehow it became a rule. These bars pair perfectly with all kinds of other desserts like banana muffins, blueberry scones, or even a scoop of vegan ice cream.

FAQ
What can I use instead of Medjool dates?
You can use regular dates, but I always use Medjool dates because they are softer and sweeter.
Can I use different nuts?
Yes, you can use cashews, walnuts, or pecans if you don’t have almonds.
Are these bars gluten-free?
All-Bran Original cereal contains wheat, so they are not gluten-free.
What if I don’t like coconut?
No problem, you can leave out the coconut.
Can I use fresh blueberries?
No, fresh blueberries won’t work well in this recipe. They have too much water.

The dates make them sweet already.
