Simply rinse the turkey breast, pat it dry, and smother it in the lemon, garlic, herb butter, and some salt and pepper, and pop it in the oven, and there you go! Let it rest for about 10 minutes so it will be nice and juicy! Easy peasy!

Remove the meat from the bone and slice it up before serving. We served this one with some pureed cauliflower (yum) and simple steamed veggies.

What to Eat with Roasted Turkey Breast with Lemon Herb Butter?

When I serve Roasted Turkey Breast with Lemon Herb Butter, I love pairing it with some of my favorite sides, like Cilantro Jalapeño Hummus. It’s so creamy and goes so well with the taste of the turkey. You can also enjoy it with some garlic mashed potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, or a simple green salad. I also like serving sparkling water with lemon slices, or with a chilled glass of apple cider.
