I made this Cherry Blossom Chicken using a few simple ingredients like cherry preserves or cherry jam, both works good. I also used soy sauce, honey, and chicken broth with other spices, and the cooking process is very similar to a seasoned chicken dish, So i think it will be easy to be made at your kitchen even if you are a beginner in this type of dishes.

What to Eat with Cherry Blossom Chicken?

Some of my great choices that I love to have alongside this Cherry Blossom Chicken are steamed jasmine rice, or even fried rice, while a crisp salad gives it a light touch that make it more delicious. One of my best choices is to have it with some Chipotle Sweet Potato Mash as a side, because potato sides go so well with this dinner, and even the kids love it. I also really enjoy pairing it with Cilantro Jalapeño Hummus.
