Yay for smoothies!! We love them for so many reasons…one of the biggest reasons is that the kids love them. This is fantastic news because you can disguise so many different super healthy items in a smoothie and the kids don’t even know. Shhhhh…we won’t tell if you don’t tell! This berry smoothie is so sweet, delicious and healthy and our kids think it’s the best thing they’ve ever tasted. We were inspired to make this one because summer berries are just that good. However, you can always use frozen berries and enjoy these healthy treats year round!

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 C frozen mixed berries
- 3 medjool dates, pitted
- ⅓ C Fage 0% greek yogurt
- 1 C light almond milk or other milk of choice
- fresh berries to top - optional
Instructions
- In a blender blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with fresh berries if desired.
