Le Creuset Cooking Demo

What a fun afternoon cooking at the Le Creuset store at the Scottsdale Quarter!  We were invited to come in for a live cooking demo and sampling.

We made our Asian Chicken Meatballs with Spicy Peanut Sauce and they were a hit! We loved cooking with the latest and greatest Le Creuset line of cookware.  Let’s just say we both  made a long wish list of products before we left the store.

We sampled the meatballs in these cute little cups with picks to make it easy to eat.  We can’t wait to go back again for another cooking demo sometime soon!
