Are you looking for the easiest Game Day food that is a major WIN?? Well, look no further…we have the answer for you right here right now! These make ahead sliders are seriously the bomb and are sure to have all of your guests begging for more! Trust me, I speak from experience and I’m telling you now, make extra because they go fast! This recipe is one that I receive requests for on a regular basis from friends when they are entertaining. It’s perfect for a crowd! I have been known to whip up as many as 150 of these for one party in the past! (Okay, it was when our team was in the Super Bowl so we had a lot of people over) No joke! Just ask my husband and kids…I do all the prep work then I get an assembly line going in the kitchen! Everybody gets a job and it goes really quickly. The best part is the make ahead factor!
After you brown the meat, you just add in the greek yogurt, green onions, shredded cheese and spices and get ready to start loading them up.
Top with a delicious salty dill pickle slice and get wrapping!
Individually wrapping each slider serves two huge benefits. 1. Makes the pre making and storing in the fridge part super easy 2. After you warm them up to serve, you just keep them in the foil packets and your guests can grab them and doctor them up however they choose. They stay nice and warm in the packets too! Another WIN!

- ⅛ tsp. onion powder
- ⅛ tsp. garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. ground pepper

- 12 squares of tin foil
- Brown ground beef in a saute pan over medium heat. Once cooked through, drain the liquid and transfer to a medium mixing bowl.

- Scoop a heaping spoonful of the meat mixture onto the slider bun. Top with a pickle slice then wrap burger in foil square.
- Store burgers in fridge if making a day ahead. When ready to serve, line foil wrapped burgers onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
